5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
A.Consumer Purchases
- Repair – we will attempt to repair the faulty item free of charge in a reasonable time.
- Replace – if repair is impossible or disproportionate, we will supply a replacement.
- Refund – if both repair and replacement are impossible, you may choose between a bank transfer or store credit for a full refund.
- We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs for defective goods.
A.Business Customers (Non-Consumers)
- We may opt to repair or refurbish faulty goods first.
- If repair isn’t possible, we will replace the item.
- Refunds are only given if repair or replacement cannot be performed.
6. Returns and Fault Reporting
To initiate a return or claim for faulty goods:

Risk passes to you when you take possession (in-store or upon delivery). Ownership of goods remains with us until payment is fully received.
8. Liability & Limitations
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of any affected goods however liability is excluded when it relates to the following when purchasing goods:
Color Characteristics:
The tone of color in the final product may vary slightly from what is shown in photographs. Product images are for reference only and may not precisely reflect the actual color tone due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and material batches. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
Natural Materials and Finishes
Products made from natural materials (such as wood, stone, or leather) may feature natural variations in texture, grain, or finish. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are considered part of the product’s uniqueness, not defects.
Dimensions and Tolerances

9. Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for delays or failures in providing goods resulting from events outside our control (e.g., material shortages, transport issues, regulatory actions). We’ll inform you promptly, but such events do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Delivery and storage
A. Delivery is limited to the ground floor of the client’s premises. Any delivery beyond the ground floor (e.g., upper floors, restricted access areas, or locations requiring specialized equipment such as a forklift or lift service) is not included in the standard service and may incur additional charges. The client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible both externally and internally, including providing adequate space for safe and unobstructed delivery of the purchased products. Any delays or additional costs resulting from insufficient access shall be the responsibility of the client. If delivery cannot be completed due to accessibility issues, all costs associated with returning the goods to the warehouse, along with any applicable storage fees, will be borne by the client.
B. We offer one (1) month of free storage. After this period, if the client is not ready to receive the goods, the remaining balance must be paid in full, and a monthly storage fee will apply until the goods are collected or delivered.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Consumer disputes may be referred to the European ODR platform or the Cyprus Centre for ADR. Disputes from a business should be referred to arbitration to the Cyprus Centre for ADR.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised versions will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use or purchase implies acceptance.
